Hidden Valley, an Institute of the Performing Arts is nestled in the glorious, scenic Carmel Valley just ten miles from the internationally famous Monterey/Carmel area. Hidden Valley is an exciting arts training center providing young talents from around the world with performance and study opportunities of excellence. Wright Hall is our recently remodeled 20 room, single story, on-campus residence hall. Rooms are designed for double occupancy and each has a private bath. The charming, rustic 10-acre campus includes a 300-seat theatre, a fireside room, a dance studio, and numerous decks and patios. Hidden Valley is accessible by bus, plane, and train.

The Dance Center, a program of Hidden Valley Music Seminars, offers classes including ballet, modern, jazz, tap, ballroom, creative movement, elderdance and dance conditioning and are graded for all levels of students from three years through adult.

- Master Classes
For nearly forty years, Hidden Valley Music Seminars has presented the Master
Class Series. Some of the finest and most respected musicians of our time have
taught in this series.
Hidden Valley is located in Carmel Valley of California, nestled among the
foothills of the Santa Lucias near Monterey/Carmel. All participants live in
simple 2-person rooms and all meals are provided.

The Masters' Festival 2010
Each year Hidden Valley Music Seminars gathers from among the world's finest
musicians a group of master performers/teachers to pass the legacy of excellence
to the next generation of artists. The master teacher performs a full concert to
enable the students and our local community to experience some of the great
music making of our time. Thus, The Masters' Festival.

July 24 - August 1, 2010
Northern California Flute Camp is a one-week intensive program designed to educate and
inspire young flutists through an interesting and cultivating curriculum that examines many aspects of flute performance.

You are invited to join or renew your membership in Friends of Hidden Valley, the
support group for Hidden Valley Music Seminars, the institute dedicated to the nurturing and development of musicians and dancers.

Hidden Valley Music Seminars was born out of a deep concern for the development of extraordinary talented young artists. Programs in the field of music, theatre and dance have occupied most of the time and energy of the staff and faculty of the Institute since its inception in 1962.
